  1945 Nov. Founded as "Okazaki ironworks".

1950  
  1956 Mar. Registered as a corporate body .

1960  
  1965 May. Constructed head office and main factory at Kagawa.

1980  
  1980 Oct. Changed company's name from "Okazaki ironworks" to "SAMSON CO.,LTD."
  1982 Sept. Concluded contract for the technical cooperation with Booster Co., Ltd(Korea)
  1988 Aug. Constructed a new factory for food processing equipments
  1989 Apr. Constructed a secondary factory for boilers, constructed a new factory for machine parts

1990  
  1991 Oct. Established new factory
  1993 Sept. Established product development section
  1996 Jun. Establiched F.S. equipment factory
  1998 Jun. Acquired ISO 9001 certification of "Boiler, and auxiliary equipment of boiler"

2000  
  2000 Jun. Acquired ISO 9001 certification of "Food processing equipment and water treatment equipment"
  2000 Jun. Acquired Environmental management ISO 14001.
Samson's boiler, boiler system, auxiliary equipment of boiler, food processing equipment and water treatment equipment are registered as ISO 14001 standards.

2010  
  2012 Mar. Build "Samson Tokyo buildings", where is an administrative center of overseas business.
  2014 Apr. Concluded contract for the consignment operations with JICA(Japan International Cooperation Agency) to spread retort food in Indonesia
  2015 Apr. Organized "SPECIAL PROJECT & OVERSEAS SALES DIVISION" to enhance overseas business and devote ourselves more into overseas market.
